We had the same issue last month but in a nutshell if a property is on the official PDF guesthouse/hotel/yacht list then they can also provide COVID tests. In our case the staff came to our villa at 6AM and test results came back within 8 hours.
Remember to fill in the forms for both travel to and from MLE. Queues get quite long because people don’t have all their paperwork when leaving MLE.
Don’t book a property that’s not on the official list. QR checked it on the outbound and another couple had a hard time getting on the plane. Also the online health form only has a drop down for the property and not a free text field.
