Netflix is almost $15/mo these days. Wouldn't mind if Audible were qualifying also, as with my Propel card.
The rumor is that the credit is more than just video streaming services. It's supposedly called "entertainment" credit and include magazine/newspaper subscription and audio streaming. Perhaps other types of entertainment might qualify once an official announcement is made.
