My advice is to not get so worked up about this, it's a long time until it happens, the proposal will likely change a few times between now an then. Life is too short to stress about this stuff. If you don't like the change, move on to a different card, collect a new bonus, buy a lounge membership, etc.

All the changes I see mentioned make it likely I will shop for alternatives, but I also plan to wait and see what actually happens as opposed to worry much about it now, seems worse case we have till 2023 before the rules change.
