I work in 1st quite alot, and the new menu has had the crew that I have worked with left pretty much disgusted with the taste, ie vvv healthy but tastes awful! I can only imagine that you lot have a far more refined palette.
Bring back the old chick curry in 1st it was lovely!!!!
On all a/c in all classes, we only have (and I speak for BA and the other airlines that I had the "pleasure" of working for) electric convection ovens. So the food we can offer is fairly limited. If it can't be cooked in an oven...we can't do it, basically.
Although in my 14 years as Cabin Crew, I can do a mean fried egg! just don't ask how!
