SJ does not have any ticket offices. SJ closed the ticket offices at Stockholm C, Göteborg C and Malmö C on 1 March 2021. I don't know if you can book tickets in the lounge. You can buy tickets from Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven, but I don't think that they sell tickets for night trains, or maybe they only sell seats but no beds. I don't think that there is a way to book redemption tickets other than by using the website.

You can log in to your account using a password, but some time ago there was a scandal where a lot of SJ Prio points were stolen and since then you need to use Bank-id to redeem points. Other things can still be done without Bank-id. You don't need to log in to book tickets. Just enter your card number on the website or in the vending machine.

There is no way to extend the validity, not even by reaching the highest tier. If a customer hasn't used the account for five years, then all points will have expired by now. If you can't use your points before they expire, then it's better to donate them to charity.
