Did Grandfathered US Airways to Aviator Red lose annual 10,000 mile bonus in 2019? I paid my annual fee no bonus. Two supervisors told me that they noticed everyone in 2019 this was ending, but I got no notice that I recall. Then both of those supervisors told me (seperate dates) they talked to an escalation department that confirmed grandfathered in cards DO still have the benefit. So they opened seperate case numbers to fix, but the cases were closed without a fix with no notice to me. Now the call back escalation people deny it exists. Anyone know the actual answer?? Why is this company so difficult to deal with!
