I've got 104K HHonors points I'm trying to transfer to another account. Neither account has transferred or pooled ANY points this year, so far.

However, when I try to do a transfer or pool them, I get this error:

Unfortunately, you've reached your annual Free Transfer limit for the year.

Am I just going to have to call Hilton? I did a search and it seems this is very uncommon.
