Have we actually established that BA has done this at all? I thought that the posts in this thread suggest that it's Nectar that "Hey"s people.
I can just imagine the howls of protest if BAEC members were to board a Cathay Pacific or Qatar Airways flight to be greeted and addressed throughout the flight in terms like "Hey!" and "Wassup?"
