Two 737-800s. The one on the right of the damaged winglet is N865NN, which has been taken out of service until at least tomorrow, likely for inspection. Not sure about the registration of the aircraft that has visible winglet damage.
One other passenger who experienced this incident posted another angle of the damaged winglet and confirmed it was at DFW's Gate D40. I believe this is a bit of a tight corner at Terminal D, which may have led to the collision.
