The decor is over the top and the food is fabulous. I had my second lunch there this year and just had to tell about it.

How funny. I missed this thread when you first started it and just saw the subject line. Immediately I thought, "le train bleu at gare lyon".

I had the opportunity to go several years back with a very, very good friend and it was excellent.
