Does this mean 51E can only step over 51F for aisle access? And is that the case for all E passengers in J upper deck cabin? (On the seat map, it looks to me E can step over D or F, for all rows except 53 & 59.. ??)

In general, when someone steps over an aisle seat for aisle access, how disturbing is it for the aisle passengers? When sitting, do they have to lower their leg rest to let the other passenger step over? When sleeping on full flat position, are they likely to feel anything (and potentially be waken up)?
