At first I assumed this must be an odd one-off conversion... it's certainly a bit odd Hyatt approved a new build of this type for Hyatt Place... I've always thought what was really good about North American HPs (with the exception of the original Amerisuites locations) was the consistency. (Yes, I realize the rooms here conform to new build Hyatt Places.... the branding just strikes me as odd.)
