Unfortunately the KLM award website is showing flights, which have no availabilty anymore !!!

Happenend to me to MIA and ATL just a few weeks ago, availabilty is displayed until the last booking step, the one you get your PNR, but unfortunately you only get an error message and no PNR.A quick call to the Helpdesk confirms that there is simply no availability anymore,despite klm.de showing plenty of it !!

So right now you cannot check award availability online at all, without calling FD to get the flights confirmed...

I would advise anybody to doublecheck by phone, if enough awards seats are indeed available before booking connecting flights and/ or hotels !!

Unfortunately some agents are telling me that theoretically the number of award seats on the web should be higher, cause KLM is trying to push online bookings, other agents are telling me, that they never heard of this....
