I had a friend book in the M Suite and pushed them for an upgrade further and managed to get the Grand Marquis suite for a few nights during his stay but had to move mid stay and move back out. It was really nice, but he did have to push for it.

I've never received an upgrade from them, even when asking the room director directly. Between no upgrades / location it's no longer a repeat hotel for me.
