I am still seeing the reservation in "My Trips"...but below was the email I got on April 1st...Legit checked flyertalk today to see if it might have been an April Fool's joke since it still is an active reservation. I booked elsewhere already as I was not offered any alternatives (lifetime Platinum, clearly didn't matter haha).
