More of a local lunch and fish semi-chain place, but Coconut's Fish Cafe in Kihei. Signature items are fish tacos and taco mountain (deconstructed taco with rice instead of taco)--stick with the signature items.

Very local lunch take out only: Tinroof Cafe near the airport.

Neither are exotic fine dining but I hit them both every time.
