I don't believe T2 does currently. I think you have asked an interesting question - my understanding is there are plans for UK arrivals in T2 once the work is complete, but it is not clear if that will actually happen. Obviously if it doesn't get UK arrival facilities, BA wouldn't move over.

I would be interested if wythy is able to share anything more on this?

EDIT: btw I think I have now had a run of no secondaries at security at MAN. Clearly my goat sacrifice a few weeks ago has pleased the MAN security god!
