When you book a suite I guess that maxes out your upgrade options. Their executive suites aren't part of the upgrade portfolio.
Good move - it can be so unpleasant when its absolutely jammed in the "club".
Yeah I just figure an upgrade to an Ambassador Suite (IIRC thats the next suite up in the pecking order?) wouldn't harm them being a multiple time repeat M Suite guest/Platinum/etc etc...no biggie of course just adds to the "meh" feeling I have about the place now.
