Probably the BEST Hyatt Regency in the western hemisphere

Introduction This is a fantastic Hyatt Regency and probably the BEST HR in the western hemisphere! Rooms are spacious, modern, staff is great, Recency is fantastic (one fully operational!), ideally located adjacent to the aiport 5 minutes away on foot from departures/arrivals, public transport 1 minute away (bus/tram) and 3 minutes from the train station. We enjoyed this wonderful hotel thoroughly and I can highly recommend it!I got a short tour of the hotel, could view the Regency Club Lounge (probably the BEST in the western hemisphere!! once fully operational), with spacious seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the park. I could view the Regency Suite, the standard suite eligible for a Globalist upgrade upon check-in or using a TSU.I'll post pictures of the RC and the Regency Suite in a separate post (no ideal "sections" for this in the review template) Check In Probably given the fact, that the hotel only opened 3 days prior to my stay, I was not able to use OLCI. I did not receive an e-mail nor an app notification. I actually wanted to try to use the mobile key without having to stop at the front desk, just because a recent thread on FT was being discussed around this topic. Not an issue, as I actually prefer stopping by at the FD anyhow, get greeted et all.Upon arrival at the FD, the front desk manager greeted me as well. When they saw my profile, he immediately called the GM who rushed by to welcome me as a loyal member as well. PLUS, they had taken note that they had to cancel my reservation 3x for the opening night, which was pushed out due to COVID since December 1st, 2020. They apologized for this, although it was not under their control (i.e. they would have not had enough guests – fully understandable). I had a longer and very pleasant discussion with the management. The GM here was the former GM at the Park Hyatt Zurich.I had booked a Park View King Room, which was about 15$ more than the standard room. I knew I would not get an upgrade anyhow, as only the 4 lowest categories of rooms were available for sale, and this since weeks. The suites and club rooms were not fully operational yet. That was not issue, as we only stayed for 1 night in order to have a change and eat out in a restaurant. In Switzerland, restaurants are all closed, except take away and restaurants in hotels for staying guests.Front Desk:
