Stayed here for one night, checked out yesterday. this is a very new hotel (opened March last year just after COVID breakout)

- rooms quite small, but they upgrade me to junior suite (which is still on smaller side I think) after I asked for it as being available on website
- pet friendly
- staff all very nice
- no glob breakfast and compensate you for 500 points. The restaurant is not open for breakfast but opens for dinner. Some dinner items are stunning while others not so good. It’s a hit or miss. Also note, this is not an affiliate so you cannot charge to room and does not have Hyatt pay outlet
- great location right on king st. Valet is $35 so not cheap. But street parking is abundant and free after 9pm or Sunday (I think in normal times it’s much more crowded making valet a must)
