Just completed 3 nights here - generally fine but my oh my the M Club (temporarily set up in the lobby) was a zoo every night - Thursday, Friday, Saturday) Breakfast in Goji was OK but a total disaster on the Sunday morning - impossible to get drinks, food running out & generally the experience was awful - chaos reigned!
We booked a One Bed M Club Suite & got no upgrade (didn't necessarily expect it) & that room was fine as usual but, naturally I suppose, in the current climate, this hotel is best avoided at weekends.
