I'm looking for ideas on how to save money on frequent flying between the west and east coast with UA post-COVID.

I just found out about UA Pass Plus and I'm still learning. Not sure if that program will save me money or not. I heard about AC's Flight Pass, but I don't know if it'll save me money and cover the following scenarios. If I were to fly between SEA/YVR to BOS/LGA/JFK at least 25 weeks of the year, what's the best way to save money and maximize whatever benefit I may get with UA? Departure will almost always be on the same day at the beginning of the week. The return will be the on the same day at the end of the week; same week.

Since I know ahead of time when I'll be flying, I guess I can set a price alert and book in advance to secure the lowest price. Would a travel agent help in this case?

I don't care about direct flights and it's not time sensitive. The money will be coming out of my own pocket. DL is in consideration, but I want to ask about UA.
