In OPO, there is only one lounge and it's the same lounge which OW carriers contract, *A carriers contract and PriorityPass is accepted.

For LIS, I am not sure about the PP Lounges but *A passengers would be able to access the TAP Lounge where passengers on OW carriers can't.

I have no idea for FAO.
