The exit rows on the oasis/kodiak 738s do in fact have movable arm rests, the tray table is on the seat in front of you.
And the exit rows do have significantly more legroom then rows 8&9.
So, if that's the case, it sounds like we'd be better off in Row 17? Any reason to avoid this row other than the emergency exit?
One more question, (please). The flight is about a month from now and t looks like the plane is a little more than half full. Maybe it won't be sold out? Would it be wise for me to book seats A & C and hope no one takes the middle seat or is that just wishful thinking?
