Rather stupidly, I totally forgot about the FTV that QR issued for a cancelled flight in late-March 2020. This was one of those COVID-related travel vouchers with a 10% fare uplift, that I had booked originally in late 2019.
The email I received states that the voucher is valid for 12 months, but there is info on the website (
https://qatarairways.zendesk.com/hc/...her-valid-for-) that the vouchers now issued are valid for 2 years. I'm over the 12 month limit, but is there a chance that my voucher will still be valid? Did QR extend the validity period of all these vouchers?
I thought I'd get the informed opinion of this board before giving the dodgy call centres a call...
