Two Bridges Diner is available for ordering from 6:30am to 11:30am. Then Jing Fong is available for ordering from 11:30am to 7:45pm, so really more brunch/lunch. You don’t need to inform anybody at the hotel.

By the way, I ordered breakfast this morning and it took 2 hours 45 minutes... I ordered lunch from Jing Fong while I was waiting, and it arrived before the breakfast did.

Agree with a prior poster who said Two Bridges Diner is sort of weak. Jing Fong is much better.
