Is anyone else having problems calling the 1-800-321-2121 number shown on their booking confirmation? I called a few days ago and was offered a call back in 2 hours. They did get back to me in 3 hours. I have tried for the last two days . I have not been offered a call back and have waited on hold for 3+ hours with no luck on both days.
