Well you can go up a bit at least to get luggage included ....I have gold status so still get the luggage, lounge and other stuff, so it's good enough for me.
With AC current Covid policy even with Economy Basic you can still make one free change and either get a travel voucher or convert to Aeroplan points with bonus if you decide to cancel later
