UA is actually based in Terminal 3.
There is a Medical Centre at LHR which might offer something. Here's a segment cust out of the LHR website:

Situated on the ground floor of the Queens Building (between Terminal 1 and 2), the Heathrow Health Centre has qualified nurses offering basic treatment services. Opening Hours: 06:00 to 22:00
