There seems to be an ongoing problem with United website issuing "Payment Failed" messages. But payment CC may actually be charged at a later time. People who took the "failure" message at face value, ended up with more payments than they had intended to make.
thank you for the clarification. yea, i saw that. hopefully its just a web glitch and doesnt mean UA software updates to close the TB load amex loophole.
