Apologies for bumping this old thread, but I happen to be running into the exact same problem as the OP described on all of my devices. Basically, the "right-click-->transit" option appears to have been removed within the past week or so. I don't mind using other apps/sites, but I prefer(ed) google when it comes to selecting optimal subway station exits. Is there a new way to pull this off?
