AS doesn't fly RTW. How do you propose earning 100K on the cheap? Cheap fares on Partners and alliance members earn 25% (30% JL) EQM. You will need to fly 400,000 miles or 16 times aroud the world to earn 100K. Is that restrictive enough? Remember, distance based applies to AS only. Otherwise you earn 1 EQM per mile flown only on much higher fare classes, certainly not "on the cheap."
