I am Titanium... deciding whether to use SNA's to (hopefully) secure the upgrade or just trust a regular status upgrade since I assume occupancy will be pretty low.
They are pretty good at upgrading anyway, but if you don't use SNA you would likely receive an upgrade to non-coastline view 1BR. This was the coastline view from a studio, left most building at the front of the resort. Reports are that some resorts are at 100% occupancy, along with rental car shortages. I don't know if this applies to Kauai.
