Thanks for the nice review MilesTalk, we're contemplating a trip up to Portland and the AC is the only one that I can make work with my 2x 35k and 1x40k certs that expire soon. We've been a few times so are familiar with the area it is in (and the walk vs. staying at the Hyatt Old Port where we stayed last time we visited pre-COVID).

Looks like a good option (especially if I can get the SNAs cleared).
