Useless wait on hold for 30 minutes (that estimate was accurate). They weren't able to find any evidence of the transaction. They've resubmitted it with no projected date for posting the points in his brother's account. His brother should just keep looking. Quite unbelievable how amateurish Hilton Honors point transfer failures are handled.

Been waiting for exactly a month for a transfer into my account. A friend of mine has also been waiting for about two weeks for a transfer from his account to his brother's. They just don't seem to be able to get their act together on transfers.
Coincidentally, I'm on hold with Hilton as I type this, trying to get it resolved for the friend. Expected hold time of 30 minutes and I'm at 15 and counting...
