I'm in a similar situation and it's also not getting done.

Been waiting for exactly a month for a transfer into my account. A friend of mine has also been waiting for about two weeks for a transfer from his account to his brother's. They just don't seem to be able to get their act together on transfers.

Coincidentally, I'm on hold with Hilton as I type this, trying to get it resolved for the friend. Expected hold time of 30 minutes and I'm at 15 and counting...
