If cancelled early enough, FR24 and FlightAware will not show them as existing at all, consistent with your situation. I can't speak to any of the other sites.

If that's insufficient evidence for your dispute, you may want to take up [MENTION=742310]24left[/MENTION]'s suggestion to contact AC customer service. They may be able to provide some affirmative confirmation that these flights were cancelled.

Can you share any more information on why this 3rd party (by the way, it would simplify things and potentially allow us to help you if you just named it) is only offering you "a portion" of the credit? Since COVID, AC has been offering fee-free changes or vouchers for the full amount paid, so barring some quirk with non-refundable taxes/fees (which are rare), if you paid $X, you should have a credit for $X available to use on other flights booked with AC.
