Issues transferring Hilton points to the family member in the household
I apologized if it has been discussed or asked before but I couldn't find the answers. I am having trouble transferring Hilton points to my family members (who live in the same household) with the same address. I have tried at least 4 times in the past 4 months, I usually get to the confirmation screen and everything looks great, and were told that the points will be transferred to the family member's account in 24-48 hours but it never happened. I have sought advice from the Diamond desk in the past but besides creating a case #, nothing had happened.
Is there a magic wand or something I am missing here? This process is simply broken!
