Refund Handling Improving but not quite right
Looks like EI has got itself finally sorted out, well kind of
Request 1012 Saturday for refunds on two separate flights, both avios + cash. For all intents both tickets are the same, requests made on the same form, same options...
1. Flight 1 - refund in full issued 2351 Monday, avois appeared this morning
2. Flight 2 - email 2340 Monday, pushing back on refund request but acknowledging the flight was cancelled???
