I agree, the government is making life as miserable as possible with the 'border tax' of 2 paid tests, but if you have to go you have to go. That 'declaration form' is the least of my worries.
It's not about people's opinions - it's about abiding by the law. While I'm furious and appalled by how the government has behaved and I disagree about these travel restrictions that don't make sense - I'm still going to follow the law. Breaking the rules just because you don't agree with them is not my thing. I'm not judging anyone for not following rules at all, it's just not something I want to do.

Also, it is not 2 paid tests - it's 4. You are looking 500-600 GBP extra just for testing, along with the other hassles of travelling now.
