We accepted the flight credit, but now the third party company is only agreeing to let us use a portion of that credit to rebook and refuses to ask the airline for refund.
Regardless of how we might choose to proceed, I wanted to get some info about our flights to document the issue, and strangely I cant find any info about our departing flights anywhere...United Mileage Plus account history or even with professional account on FlightAware. The flights were as follows:
Departing: UA8032/AC778 on July 22, 2020 LAX-YUL and then UA8677/AC892 YUL-FCO.
Returning: AC891 on July 31, 2020 FCO - YYZ and then AC795 YYZ-LAX.
I can find info for the return flights, but not departing. Any sense on how this could be and where I might find info to support my issue with the company? I'm stumped.
Thanks
