I recently completed a 14 night at the Grand Hyatt Dubai and overall I was impressed with the property. At check-in I was given a standard room, but I was soon upgraded to a standard suite. All guest rooms and standard suites are renovated, whereas the premium suites are still a bit dated. Club lounge was closed but Globalists were offered breakfast and a dinner buffet with house drinks in the restaurant. Personally I consider that to be an upgrade over the usual lounge spread, though my only complaint was the lack of variation, especially when staying for two weeks.

The suite itself was gorgeous, well appointed and bigger than my apartment. Staff were amazing throughout the stay, always greeted by name. Overall a very memorable experience, and a good reason to stay there again next time I'm visiting Dubai.
