I signed up just using Chrome on my phone, and got "no Surveys available"
Later, I used NordVPN, on a Secure Browsing Session on Chrome on a Galaxy Tab A10 from the UK, but with the VPN set to Quick Connect USA, and clicked the link in the email I got sent, using webmail also within the same secure session with NordVPN, if that helps.
Did a 10 minute survey about pizza, and then got a message to say I'd qualified for my 10000 points and to expect them soon. Points haven't yet arrived, though.
