Indeed there also exist those cards, but you can collect with your normal AMEX cards, blue, green, gold, platinum MR and transfer those to payback:

the Belgian/Luxembourg AMEX MR to MM link:

for the AMEX Brussels Airlines cards, the miles are automatically transfered each month to your MM account.
