Thanks for the interesting review [MENTION=10084828]loccor[/MENTION] I can only presume that the mixture of new opening hiccups (insufficiently trained staff) and corona restrictions caused this stay not being perfect. It should not happen at a hotel of this standard but unfortunately it does. At least the hard product looks decent enough.
