That's crazy. Mine went from an Amex to a Visa with no issue. I just went to the portal, entered the card # to transfer and that was that. Sorry it isn't working for you. I wish I had realized this sooner because about two years ago I redeemed all nearly expiring BOA World Points for giftcards. Which is fine - same value as the travel reimbursement on TR, but now I need to use those gift cards.
