Thanks for the help everyone. I ended up calling the hotel which seemed to redirect to corporate? We didn’t feel like dealing with too much hassle so after a quick conversation with an agent we just decided to cancel and rebook at the Union Square location. Sucks to pay more points but we just wanted to have a confirmed reservation.
