All else being equal, doesn't it behoove you to physically arrive as early as possible? Or do people still think your chances are maximized if you show up as late as possible and the hotel is no longer worried about renting the room?
My take is that there are too many variables here to put together a strategy that would work across the portfolio, your best bet is to get to know the property GM and have a conversation about it.
