Fairmont Ambassador Seoul - a Terrible stay

Introduction I can't speak English fluently at all, and I was very worried about whether to post this review on flyertalk. But I write this review because I don't think I can let anyone else experience this terrible experience again. Check In check-in was done the check-in desk on the 1st floor. I am accorplus platinum member.Priority check-in desk did not exist and had to line up with others. When I asked again because the upgrade was not provided, they started to proceed with the upgrade. The staff were very immature and the guidance was not normally done. Room The room was neat and not bad.But there was a problem with the bathtub. There was a problem where the water could not be filled. It was a common problem in all rooms and could not be solved. There were masks and portable hand sanitizers in the room, but the bath salt and umbrella did not exist.I stayed on my birthday, but there was no gift, and the welcome gift for the Platinum members was only four pieces of macaron.I asked the hotel to prepare the 'soft water' by e-mail before I stay. But they gave me Fxxxing Evian. Service There was no turndown service for Platinum membersno newspaper service.no priority check-in desk for accor live limitless membersThe fairmont fit is located on the first basement floor, where there was a swimming pool, a spa(sauna), and a gym.In the fairmont fit, sportswear was provided, but socks and sneakers were not provided. Dining Spectrum, a buffet restaurant in Fairmont Ambassador SeoulThis is an All Day Dining Restaurant, and of course breakfast is served here. The lunch is 90,000 krw per person (approximately 80usd)I was offered a 50% discount with the accorplus discount, but I was not satisfied and didn't feel like I wanted to come back. The food was salty, and the staff was slow. In the Asia-Pacific region, free breakfast is provided daily for platinum members., and I was asked to present my ID card by an employee while I was going back to my room after finishing breakfast. I gave my name and room number before entering the restaurant.Nevertheless, they asked me for my name, membership ID, email address and mobile number again.Staff asked me for my ID and asked me several times if I was the same person. Is it because I had a free breakfast? I couldn't understand. Location The hotel is located next to IFC in Yeouido, Seoul.Yeouido is not a suitable area for tourism, and it is a place to visit only when business is available. If you have a business in Yeouido, you will choose between Conrad Seoul and Fairmont Seoul, but I never recommend this hotel. Overall The Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Hotel does not hold the value of the name Fairmont at all.As it is a newly built hotel, it is very beautiful and clean in appearance and interior, but nothing else can be expected about the service. The employees were not fully aware of what they had to offer, and the manager was busy apologizing to other customers. I don't know if you'll ever stay at a hotel in Seoul, but never stay here.Whatever you expect, you will be betrayed. Again,I can't speak English fluently at all, and I was very worried about whether to post this review on flyertalk. But I write this review because I don't think I can let anyone else experience this terrible experience again.
