Expedia (which acquired Orbitz years ago) definitely sells some special consolidator fares on DL, and I've booked them. However, as far as I can recall, they've been part of a package, where I've bought flight and hotel together.

Granted, this was all pre-pandemic, and I have no idea what they're doing now.
